It is a small comfortable loft. Our staff offers an attentive high-quality service and is always ready to offer any help to guests.
The loft is arranged on the ground level. On the ground floor, apart from other, there is a comfortable loft where you can sit and drink tea or just read. There is also a splendid terrace, where you can relax and immerse yourself into upcoming morning of a new wonderful day in the atmosphere of Venetian daily life, watch the morning or evening sun and enjoy your day.
The building was build in 1920. The actual owner brought the house in 2006 and changed into a modern house.
The current loft used to be a tailor’s shop.
The double bathroom used to be 2 seperate office and was changed into a modern spa area.
The actual owner changed the ground level from the tailor’s shiop into a 5 star loft with plenty of space.
While working I do my best to meet all the requirements people have and maintain order in staff.
